Delivery Delays
Please take note, we do our best to provide a fast and efficient service to our customers but delays can occur.
We ask customers to be patient, as orders may arrive a few days after estimated delivery date. Please contact us if your order has thoroughly surpassed the estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Shipping policies
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.
Please make sure that your address is correctly added with your house number, street, and postal code.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns to a maximum of 2 weeks after receiving your order. Please ensure that the item(s) you purchased are in the condition you received them in, with the original packing.

How do I cancel my order?
When we receive an order, we typically begin to process it as soon as possible, this makes it very difficult for us to make changes to an order. Orders are typically shipped the following business day by 12pm EST. Once an order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled and will only be refunded upon return of the products.
If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact customer service immediately. Once an order has shipped we cannot be responsible for errors made by the customer in the shipping address.
